Restoration Eye Care is located in central Columbia at 1410 Forum Katy Parkway, Suite 100 of The Forum Medical Park. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m and Friday 8 a.m. to noon. Free LASIK evaluations are offered mornings or afternoons for your convenience.
